Google幾經波折，終於獲准收購DoubleClick

前陣子甚至傳出仍在審核階段的這樁併購案，可能因為某些政治爭議而遭到擱置。所幸歷經八個多月的審查，終於在昨天美國FTC的投票表決中以四比一的比數正式通過。Google收購DoubleClick一案又往前邁出一大步，接下來只需等歐盟的另一項反壟斷審查宣佈即可圓滿結束。
