這是一款叫「Patternator」的桌布產生器，特色就是用同一款圖案，重複排列填滿整個畫面，曾經在2016年獲選「Apple Store年度最佳」，已經在歐美引起過話題，最近正默默在亞洲用戶的社群平台掀起另一股風潮，點開好友Instagram限時動態（Instagram Stories），這一兩周大概已經被瘋狂洗板無數回了吧！

點開Patternator後可以選擇任何一款自己喜歡的圖案，接著可以更換圖片底色、圖案間隔、圖案分布疏密度以及角度，用戶可以依照自己的喜好，調整X Y軸翻轉、展開圖案樣式，設計一款最有個人風格的桌布。

除了內建圖案，也能使用自己拍攝的照片，輕輕的用手指在螢幕上圈選出想要裁減的部份，圈選完後還能用兩指放大確認有沒有對準，接著就能做出可（ㄜˋ）愛（ㄍㄠˇ）的特色桌布。

這樣利用重複圖形來製作桌布的點子並不新奇，在舊版的 Windows 也有類似的設計。但 Patternator 卻成功在社群掀起討論、風潮，但也有用戶在 Apple Store 上抱怨，目前 Patternator 不能使用動態照片（Live Photo ）製作，若能夠開放使用更多不同型態的素材，勢必能再掀起另一波討論！
